Notes from Pranoy: Our most healthy selection 9 block due to large number of fig trees in canopy and citrus in understory. Brix of 25 at the time of harvest, with bushes carrying a heavy crop on all branches. Noticeably fewer green cherries, large bold cherries. Best pickers all placed in this block for selective harvesting and close sorting to follow. Cherries at the time of removal were wrinkled, golden-bronze in colour with aromatic notes of passionfruit and white wine.
