1. Place the Brew bag in an airtight Jar. 2. Add 500g of Water. 3. Let it Brew for 12-24 hours in your Refrigerator. 4. Remove the Brew bag and Enjoy! (You can store this concentrate in your refrigerator for a week)

Processing: After harvesting, the whole cherries were washed with clean water and were allowed to ferment, then, the cherries were pulped and moved to African beds for drying. At certain moisture levelthe coffee was alternated between thewhiskey barrels and African beds to develop a smooth combination of red honey and barrel-fermented coffee.
